A new holiday complex development starts in Balchik city, Bulgaria

Address Invest presented its newest project on 22.11.2005. The first one in Balchik
city is situated on an area of 2 950 sq.m., which contains 84 flats and facilities
with total built area of 6 134 sq.m.


Sunny Dream has a unique location. The complex is located in the eastern part of
Balchik city, 100 km far from the main road to Albena resort and just few meters
from the Palace, the most popular historic and tourist attraction in this sea town.
